Braised Pork with Beans and Rice

Appropriate amount of beans, washed, break into small pieces and pour water for later use

After washing the rice, put it in a rice cooker, and add the amount of water that is usually used for braising rice.

Slice the pork belly and set aside, don’t need too much, just take a taste. Chop some chopped green onion and set aside.

Pour the oil in a hot pan. After the oil is 70 minutes hot, add the pork belly and stir-fry on high heat until the meat turns golden brown.

Add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add the beans and stir fry until the beans change color.

Add soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt and thirteen incense, etc. Don't put too much salt, it's rice after all, don't make it too salty. Stir fry until the beans are well cooked.

Pour the fried beans into the rice pot and stir evenly.

Turn on the lid of the rice cooker and press the cooking button.

Tips:
1. Break the beans into small pieces, so that it blends with the rice more fragrantly.
2. Pork belly can also be cut into small pieces, I cut it too big and it doesn't look good.
3. Don't put too much salt, don't make too salty.
