Braised Potato Chicken Nuggets

Chop the chicken pieces into pieces, clean them, and blanch them in boiling water

Wash and cut potatoes, slice ginger, mince garlic and shallots, set aside

Heat the oil pan, pour peanut oil, add ginger garlic and stir fry until fragrant

Add rock sugar and fry the sugar color. Remember to use a low heat, otherwise rock sugar will be easy to fry. Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry repeatedly to make the chicken nuggets color! Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a small amount of dark soy sauce, continue to stir fry twice, add in water that has not had chicken nuggets, and cook for 20 minutes
