Braised Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients, cut the pork belly into small pieces, slice the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Cut potatoes into pieces, soak in water for later use (soak in water to prevent oxidation and blackening in contact with air)
3.
Pour oil in the pot.

Stir-fry meat on low heat

Stir-fry until golden

Add other ingredients and stir fry together and turn to high heat.
7.
Turn the heat to low and add the sugar.

Put in dark soy sauce, extremely fresh, salt
9.
Add potatoes and stir fry.

Add water to the pot, do not simmer the potatoes over high heat, collect the juice, (add some water as needed in the middle, and the potatoes will be simmered)

Finally, add the green pepper, add chicken powder and stir fry out.
Tips:
Potatoes have starch in them, so they should be turned from time to time when they are stewed, so that they don’t stick to the pan.
