Braised Potatoes

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil and other oil to heat, add garlic, ginger, chili sauce, stir fry, pour the meat into it and fry for about 3 minutes, put it in a bowl for later use

Pour the potatoes into the pot, add water and boil for 10 minutes, pour the diced meat into it, add salt, put the Lao Ganma, stir fry for 2 minutes, and pour a little soy sauce.
