Braised Radish

Peel the radish and cut into pieces with a hob.

Heat oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and star anise until fragrant.

Add the radish cubes and stir well.

Add salt.
5.
Add thirteen incense.
6.
Add light soy sauce.
7.
Add oyster sauce.
8.
Add sugar.
9.
Add appropriate amount of water, add dark soy sauce to adjust the color, bring to a boil, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
