Braised Rice with Chestnuts

Peel the chestnut, soak the mushrooms, carrots, green onions, and ginger finely

Dice meat, add a teaspoon of light soy sauce and pickle for flavor

From the pan, first add the mushrooms and saute, add the carrots and saute until fragrant, then add the minced meat and fry until the color changes.

Then add the chestnut, and finally add the washed rice and then add a bowl of boiling water. Just fill the rice cooker and press the cooking button.

Tips:
The chestnut is raw and cooked together with the rice.
You don’t need to stir-fry the rice for too long, as the grains of rice become crystal clear. If you stir-fry a little, the rice will cook better.
You can choose your favorite varieties of vegetables, try to make them brighter, and cook them more beautifully. Do not use leafy vegetables in the rice.
