Braised Rice with Shredded Radish and Mushroom Shrimp Skin

1. Peel and shred the radish, and dice the mushrooms; the minced meat is marinated in yellow wine to remove the fishy, you can add a little light soy sauce, salt, and white pepper.

2. Heat the oil in a pot and add pork, mushrooms, green beans, shredded radish, shrimp skins, stir fry, add light soy sauce, salt, and sugar to taste.
