Braised Salted Fish

Prepare the seasoning

Soak the salted fish in clean water overnight, changing the water several times in between

Cut into sections after washing

Add the fish pieces in a hot pan with warm oil

Fry until golden on both sides, then pick up

In another pot, pour the base oil and add the ginger and garlic, the star anise bursts into a fragrance

Pour in the fried fish and cook in the cooking wine

Add soy sauce and stir well

Pour boiling water

Add sugar

Boil until the juice is dry, sprinkle with chopped green onion and turn off the heat

Serve
Tips:
1. Different salted fish have different saltiness, so the time for soaking the salted fish depends on the saltiness of the fish;
2. Because it is salted fish, just add some dark soy sauce to color. Adding sugar can improve the flavor. You can leave it out if you don't like it.
