Braised Tofu with Meat
1.
Slice the meat, cut the tofu into cubes, shred the green onion and set aside;
2.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add shredded green onions and saute, pour in the meat slices and stir fry;
3.
Add tofu after the meat changes color;
4.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce;
5.
Add 2 bowls of water;
6.
After the water in the pot is boiled, add an appropriate amount of salt, stew over medium heat, and stir the pot with a spatula from time to time. Do not stir to prevent the tofu from breaking;
7.
Add water and starch to thicken the soup before it is out of the pot. When the soup is thick, add appropriate amount of MSG to taste. Use a shovel to stir evenly to turn off the heat;
8.
Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
Tips:
1. The tofu is made of fresh soft tofu, which is very smooth and tender after being cooked, and has the feeling of melting in the mouth;
2. If you want the meat slices to taste more tender and smooth, you can stir-fry them;
3. Because the tofu is relatively tender, do not stir it with a shovel when making it to prevent it from breaking;
4. It is more convenient to eat soft tofu with a spoon than with chopsticks.
