Braised Vegetarian Chicken

500g vegetarian chicken, 3g star anise, 7g dried chili, 5g sliced ginger
15g light soy sauce, 4g dark soy sauce, 20g sugar, 4g five-spice powder, 2g salt, 3g green onions

Vegetarian chicken slices

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the vegetarian chicken

Fry on medium heat until golden on both sides

Pour 3g fennel, 7g dried chili, and 5g sliced ginger in a frying pan

Stir-fry and pour the vegetarian chicken

Pour 8g of cooking wine to smell

Pour in 15g light soy sauce, and stir-fry 4g soy sauce until it is colored

After coloring, pour in water to cover the vegetarian chicken

Boil on high heat, add 20g sugar and 4g five-spice powder

Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes

After the soup is thickened, serve it out, sprinkle 3g chopped green onion to garnish
Tips:
1. If there is a sticky bottom during the frying process of the vegetarian chicken, it means that it has not been fully fried. Continue frying on medium heat until it is easily turned over
2. On a hot day, it tastes better if it is ready to be stored in the refrigerator
