Braised Winter Melon

1. 200g winter melon peeled and sliced

2. 10g line pepper, cut into circles

3. Millet pepper 10g cut into circles

4. 1 shiitake mushroom, minced

5. Garlic slices 2g

6. Add oil to the pot, add pork, ginger, garlic, string pepper, millet pepper, and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly
