Braised Yellow Croaker

1. Cut the ginger into thin strips, cut the white onion into small pieces, cut the green onion leaves into small green onions, and chop the garlic into minced garlic

2. Remove the scales and internal organs of the yellow croaker, clean it, put it on a large plate, add shredded ginger, green onion, and cooking wine and mix and marinate for ten minutes

5. Add appropriate amount of water, then put the sugar and light soy sauce into the pot to season and bring to a boil on medium heat, then put the fried yellow croaker in the pot

6. Slowly simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. After the yellow croaker is cooked, remove it from the fish dish. The remaining soup thickens the juice and pours it on the surface of the fish. Sprinkle with chopped green onion to finish
