Braised Yellow Croaker

1. Remove gills, scales and internal organs of yellow croaker, and clean it.

2. Shred ginger and mince garlic.

3. Clean the shallots.

4. Heat oil in a pot, change to medium heat, and add yellow croaker.

5. Fry until golden on both sides.

6. Push the fish to the side of the pot, put the minced garlic and ginger into the low heat and stir until fragrant.

7. Pour a spoonful of braised soy sauce.

8. Add enough water to boil.

9. Season with salt when one-third of the water is left, and cook for two minutes to let the fish taste.

10. Cut the washed shallots into sections and put them in the pot, turn off the heat.

11. Finished product.
