Braised Yellow Croaker

The ingredients are ready; wash the yellow croaker, drain the water, and make a few strokes on the back

Slice ginger, cut garlic and green onions; heat oil in a pan, add yellow croaker and fry slowly over medium heat

Fry until one side is browned, turn it over and fry the other side, serve after both sides are browned, leave oil in the pan, sauté ginger and green onions

Add yellow croaker again; add light soy sauce and cooking wine

Mix with water, half of the yellow croaker, add white sugar, boil over high heat and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat; finally collect the juice on high heat, do not need to collect too dry, and pour the yellow croaker on top of the fish.
Tips:
My fish is relatively large, and it takes a long time to simmer. You can control the time according to the size of the fish you buy.
