Braised Yellow Croaker

Clean the large yellow croaker for use.

Prepare all kinds of spices.

All kinds of stewing ingredients are ready.

When sugar and vinegar cannot be used as fish, they must be mixed together in advance. There will be some reactions between them. The vinegar sauce will be more delicious after the fusion with sugar.

Dip the washed yellow croaker with egg liquid.

The yellow croaker dipped in egg liquid is fried in a pot over low heat to make golden brown on both sides.

After frying the fish, put all the spices into the pan.

After the high heat is brought to a boil, cook on a low heat until the fish head is soft and tender and cooked through.
Tips:
1. Sweet and sour sauce should be adjusted in advance, because vinegar and sugar will have some reactions after a period of time, and the taste will be better after fusion. If the same proportion of sugar and vinegar are added separately, the taste will not be fused, and the braised fish will have a much worse taste.
2. You can put more garlic cloves if you like. My favorite is the garlic cloves in the grilled fish.
