Braised Yuba

The main ingredient yuba, soak in water half an hour in advance.

Dried chili, shallots, and garlic are chopped and set aside.

Cut the soaked yuba into small pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, sauté the chili and minced garlic.

Add a spoonful of spicy sauce and fry the red oil.

Add yuba and fry.

Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry.

Add about half a bowl of water.

Cover tightly and simmer for a while to taste.

Open the lid, add chopped green onion and stir fry for a while, turn off the heat.

Tips:
Do not add too much salt and soy sauce, because the spicy sauce itself has a salty taste.
