Broccoli Salad

Pick broccoli florets and soak them in salt water for half an hour!

Soak the fungus, remove the stalk, and wash it!

Carrot slices, engraved with a mold, (not engraved)

Mince the green onion and garlic and soak in warm water!
5.
Boil water in a pot, blanch broccoli, fungus, and carrots (not too long, just one minute)
6.
Strain the green onion and garlic water, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and pepper oil, stir well, and pour on the blanched vegetables!
