Broccoli Stir-fried Pork

Wash the broccoli, pass the water, boil it, turn green, and scoop it up with a colander;

Wash the pork, cut into pieces, add light soy sauce, old wine, salt, and garlic to marinate for 15 minutes; heat the pan, pour in a proper amount of oil, and fry the meat;

When frying the meat, add salt, sugar, pour over watered broccoli, stir fry, add oyster sauce, and continue to stir fry;

Finally, add an appropriate amount of boiling water and cover the pot. When it is out of the pot, add some vegetable essence and green onions to make it out of the pot.
