Broccoli with Peanuts

Break the broccoli into small flowers, wash and soak in cold water for 15 minutes.

Wash the peanuts and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.

Cook the peanuts.

Blanch broccoli in a saucepan.

After blanching the broccoli, let it cool with cold water.

Drain the broccoli and peanuts, put the two ingredients in a basin, add salt and stir.

Tips:
1. Add a little salt to the water when blanching broccoli to make the broccoli color better.
2. After the broccoli is blanched, use cold water to cool it. One can avoid nutrient loss, and two can make the color of broccoli better.
3. Peanuts are easier to cook after soaking.
