Burning Pumpkin Pie

Peel the pumpkin, clean it, cut it into slices, steam it in a steamer, and mash it with a rolling pin while it's hot.

Pour the sweet potato starch into the pumpkin puree, mash the coarse particles with a rolling pin, and then mix and knead into a pumpkin sweet potato flour dough. The sweet potato flour particles are relatively coarse. After mixing with the pumpkin puree, simmer for a few minutes. The sweet potato flour particles will fully absorb the water. Very easy to operate.

Knead the sweet potato flour pumpkin dough into long strips and cut into small doses, round the small doses one by one, and squeeze them in the palm of your hand.

Brush oil on the steaming board and place the small dough on the steaming board. After the fire is boiled, steam for 10 minutes.

Tips:
The homemade sweet potato flour has a lot of coarse particles. Don’t rush to mash these coarse particles. Add the sweet potato flour particles to the pumpkin puree and mix well. Cover the lid and simmer for a few minutes. The sweet potato flour absorbs the moisture of the pumpkin puree. It's very soft. A little bit of soup will be more delicious at the end.
