Burrito

The corn is cooked, remove and drain

Chop the prepared pork, shallots and chilies, and set aside

Add clean water to the flour and stir until it becomes viscous. Add corn kernels, chopped green peppers, spring onions, pork, add salt and pepper and stir evenly.

Heat the oil pan, adjust the fire, put the prepared batter in the pan and fry
5.
Fry the batter on one side and turn it over
6.
After frying on both sides, it can be out of the pan
Tips:
When frying, be sure to low fire to avoid frying.
