In autumn and winter, my family uses cabbage to make dumplings. Cabbage is rich in nutrients, rich in vitamins and trace elements, and has a good effect on digestion, detoxification and weight loss.

Cabbage Pork Dumplings

1. Add water to the flour and stir it into cotton wool

2. Knead into a smooth dough, let it rest for 1 hour

3. Pork (8 lean and 2 fat) mince, add green onion and ginger and mince together

4. Chopped cabbage, add a little salt, and chop together

5. The chopped cabbage contains a lot of water, so lightly dry it (not too dry)

6. Put the minced pork, cabbage, green onion and ginger into the container, add sesame oil

7. Add oyster sauce

8. Put in light soy sauce

9. Add five spice powder

10. Add salt

11. Add cooking oil

12. Stir in one direction evenly

13. Roll the dough into strips

14. Smashed into small pieces

15. Flatten

16. Roll into a thick dough with thin edges in the middle

17. Put meat filling in the middle of the dough

18. Squeezed into dumplings

19. Pack all

20. Boil the dumplings in boiling water (don’t cover the pot when you just put it, stir it from time to time to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot, cover and cook when the water is boiled, watch it aside to avoid overflowing the pot)

21. Cooked, remove and serve

Tips:

1. Add a little salt when chopping cabbage to force out the water in the cabbage, but you should put less salt in the back and when filling
2. The chopped cabbage filling should be dried, but not too dry
3. When mixing stuffing, stir evenly in one direction
