Cabbage Pork Pie

The yeast powder is mixed with warm water and added to the flour to knead the dough. Cover it with a kitchen cloth quilt and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Wash the cabbage, control water, chop it, add salt and marinate for a while, squeeze out the water after marinating. Cut the pork into cubes and marinate in soy sauce for a while. (Forgot to take pictures.)

Chop green onion and ginger.

Put all the ingredients in a clean basin, add oil, and taste very fresh soy sauce.

Add salt.

Add chicken essence and mix well to form a filling.

The dough has risen.

Knead the dough evenly, knead into long strips, cut into ingredients, and roll into a cake.

Take a pie and put it in the filling.

Wrap into a round bun shape.

Press flat.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the pie over low heat.

Fry until golden on both sides.

Take out and absorb oil with kitchen paper.
Tips:
Use a low heat when frying to prevent it from becoming smashed.
