Cabbage Vermicelli Meatball Soup

Wash the cabbage, take the leaf part into the pot and blanch it, remove and drain the water

Add oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, and soy sauce to the pork filling, stir well, then add green onion, ginger and starch and stir well

Cut the blanched cabbage leaves into small pieces

Bring water to a boil in a boiling pot, stir the pork stuffing into balls and boil in the pot

After boiling, the vermicelli is cooked in the pot

Add salt, MSG and turn off the heat

Add pepper and stir well.

Drizzle with sesame oil.

Tips:
It is not advisable to add heavy condiments to this soup.
