Cantonese Fried Crab with Ginger and Green Onion

Two flower crabs

Deal with the flower crab (use a chopstick to pry it from the belly button, clean it up, remove the triangle inside, then divide it into two, pull out the tongs, take a few shots with a knife, easy to eat and better taste)

Prepare sliced ginger, garlic and shallots

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, garlic diced, and green onion to sauté

Then pour the crab meat into stir fry

Pour a few drops of rice wine
7.
Add a small amount of water and simmer for a few minutes
8.
Open the lid and add the remaining green onion
9.
Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, mix well and then turn off the heat
Tips:
1. Be careful when crabs to avoid being scratched.
2. Crabs must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
