Carotene Stuffed Dumplings

Mix noodles with celery juice. (Clear water is fine too)

Chop carrots and set aside.

Fry the carrots in the pan. Be careful not to pour oil in the pan.

Chop the leeks and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and super-cooked eggs.

Chop the eggs and set aside.
7.
Put the eggs, carrots, leeks and chopped green onion together, pour some hot pepper oil to boil the chopped green onions, then add thirteen spices and salt to taste.

Mix the dumpling stuffing well.
9.
