Stir the chopped green onion, ginger and carrot with the seasoning into the meat filling, add the egg white and starch to make evenly, so that it can be easily made into balls. Here you can adjust the amount of starch.

After the air fryer is preheated, brush the oil into the basket so that the balls will not stick to the basket easily, and put the finished balls on the basket.

Tips:
1. Minced meat should be slightly fatter, too thin and need to add oil, otherwise the taste will be more woody and not tasty.
