Casserole Beef Noodle

1. First, cook the eggs. One egg is enough. I cooked three and save the braised eggs for breakfast.

2. After the eggs are cooked, they are peeled and put into the pressure cooker together with the beef, and the seasoning is added to prepare the beef with sauce. I only put three ingredients for the beef sauce (Thirteen Spices, Sweet Noodle Sauce, Soy Sauce) and a slice of ginger

3. Stir all the ingredients evenly, add a small amount of water, not too much water, enough for two bowls of beef noodle broth.

4. The beef sauce is ready, the house is full of beef and marinated eggs, so fragrant~~

5. Let the sauced beef cool, slice it, cut the marinated egg in half, shred the cucumber, and slice the tomato

6. Wash the rapeseed, put it in a pot and cook for a while. When cooking, drop two drops of salad oil into the pot to make the rape greener. Cuttlefish balls can also be cooked together

7. Mince garlic and set aside

8. Boil a pot of boiling water and cook acorn noodles (acorn noodles have many benefits, anti-cancer) for 5 minutes
