Celery Black Fungus

Wash and slice celery.

Blanch the celery in the pot and remove it to drain.
3.
Blanch the celery leaves in the pot and remove them to drain.
4.
Soak the fungus in advance and blanch in the pot.
5.
Shelled spiced peanuts.

Crush the peanut kernels.
