Wash the thick louver with flying water, rinse and cut into shreds for later use

Wash celery and cut into sections with flying water

Chop the garlic cloves and green onions into minced pieces, and cut the red-tip chili into sections. (The production method has been introduced in my other cold dish stickers)
Put the shredded celery and celery into the same container, pour all the oil of scented scent, add other auxiliary materials, and mix well.
