Celery Leaves Mixed with Tofu

Rinse celery leaves repeatedly with water, soak in water for 10 minutes to remove pesticide residues

One piece of tofu is about 500 grams, cut into evenly sized tofu cubes for later use

Put water in a pot and boil, add tofu cubes and blanch water for 1 minute

Remove the cold water and control the dry water for later use

After blanching the tofu, add celery leaves and blanch water for about 10 seconds

Take out the cold water and drain the water

The blanched celery leaves are squeezed out of the remaining water, and cut into fine pieces with a knife for later use

Put the diced tofu and celery leaves into a container, add a spoonful of Chinese pepper oil, a spoonful of soy sauce, two spoons of white vinegar, and some salt and sugar
