Chaoshan Rice Roll

Prepare the ingredients and wash the meat and vegetable ingredients. Add white sticks, salt, and oil to the leeks, mince the minced meat, and stir.

Chop garlic and dried vegetables, pour oil and soy sauce in a hot pan and stir fry until fragrant as the final sauce topped with rice rolls.

Stir the sticky rice noodles ➕ water into a rice slurry.

Pour one and a half spoonfuls of rice milk on a stainless steel plate, add minced meat, half an egg, leeks/watercress/macara.
5.
Put the hot water in a pot, medium-high heat, and steam for five minutes.

This is steamed a plate of watercress➕ macaroni.

Out of the pot, this is a plate of watercress ➕ macaroni steamed.
8.
Roll up the plate with a spatula and drizzle with sauce.
