Charcoal Grilled Fish

1. Ingredients: fried fish, ginger, chives, coriander, garlic, enoki mushroom, Pixian bean paste. Red pepper.

2. Mince the coriander, chives, ginger, and garlic. Cut the red pepper into small sections, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and tear them into small pieces for later use.

3. Add the Pixian bean paste in a hot pan and stir-fry with cold oil.

4. Pour ginger, coriander, chopped green onion, and chopped garlic and stir-fry.

5. Add white pepper and water. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and monosodium glutamate to a boil.

7. Lay the enoki mushrooms in a grilled basin and set aside.

8. Put the remaining chives, parsley, minced garlic, and red pepper before serving. Pour together.
