Chestnut Boiled Shiitake Mushrooms

Prepare ingredients, soak shiitake mushrooms in water, peel chestnuts, mix seasonings (except sesame oil) and set aside

Heat the pan, add oil and sauté ginger slices, add chestnuts and shiitake mushrooms, stir fry evenly

Pour the mixed seasonings into the pot, add about 2 bowls of water

Cover, cook on low heat for more than 30 minutes

When all the ingredients are fully cooked, add the sesame oil
