Chestnut Roasted Chicken Wings

Peel the chestnut.

Wash chicken wings and set aside.

Mince garlic and ginger and prepare other ingredients.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the minced garlic and ginger. Add Chinese pepper, dried chili, aniseed, pour into chicken wings and stir fry.

Add sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt.
