On the two days of the weekend, the child always wants to eat wontons at home for one or two meals. If I buy them outside, I think the meat is not good and clean, so I will pack some wontons and eat them slowly in the freezer from time to time. I am tired of the pork filling. This time I made a chicken and shrimp filling. I also tried to see if the new kitchen tools are easy to use. I didn't expect the filling tools are really good, and the wontons are also quite delicious.

Chicken and Shrimp Wontons

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the chicken, shell and remove the shrimp and set aside

2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and put the shrimp into the food processor

3. Beat the meat with a food processor

4. Put it in a large bowl, add a little water, stir the meat filling in one direction, let the water in, add it again, add it until the meat feels alive but there is no water

5. Add a small amount of salt, a small amount of soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and pepper

6. Stir the seasonings evenly and the meat filling is ready

7. Take the right amount of wonton wrapper and start wrapping

8. Put the meat on the wonton wrapper and close it

9. Put the mouth down neatly on the plate, and immediately put it into the freezer of the refrigerator to freeze when it is full

10. Put the frozen wontons in the food bag and you can eat and take

11. Boil hot water in a pot

12. Put the wontons after the water is boiled

13. Take a large bowl, add salt, mushroom extract, coriander, seaweed, shrimp skin

14. Spoon a spoonful of boiling water into a bowl and blanch the vegetables

15. Wait for the wontons in the pot to float, then remove them to a large bowl

16. Add appropriate amount of vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper, and mix well

17. Delicious wontons are on the table

Tips:

1. Wrap the wontons and put them in the tray to freeze them so that they will not stick after freezing;
2. The cooked wonton can also be eaten with some chopped pepper, which is more delicious;
3. Wontons that are cooked just after being wrapped have a shorter time, and the frozen time is slightly longer.
