Chicken Bacon Vegetable Porridge

1. The main materials are ready;

2. Add salt, cooking wine and ginger slices in the water to boil, add chicken breasts and cook until broken, 300 grams of chicken breasts, cook for 10 to 12 minutes, remove;

3. Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces for easy access. Remove the root and cut the broccoli into small stalks, mince the green onion, and cut the bacon into small slices for later use; tear the cooked chicken breast into strips for later use;

4. After the rice and water are cooked into porridge with a ratio of 1:5, add carrot pieces first, because carrots need to be cooked longer;

5. Then add the bacon slices, cook until the bacon slices are fully cooked, add pepper, salt, chicken essence, and white wine to taste and stir well. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes;

6. Finally, add broccoli and cook until cut off and turn off the heat;

7. Serve it in a bowl when you eat it, add the right amount of chicken breast, chopped green onion, and drizzle with some spicy pepper. This is done, enjoy it.

Tips:

1. The chicken breast can be cooked, and the chicken breast is still juicy and delicious. It tastes refreshing when paired with salty porridge.
2. Add some wine to enhance the flavor, if you don't like it, you can not add it.
