Chicken Feet and Quail Eggs

Prepare the ingredients

Blanch chicken feet, rinse with cold water and remove the water control

Heat oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, star anise, peppercorns, red pepper and sauté until fragrant

Add the chicken feet and quail eggs and stir fry until the chicken feet turn slightly yellow, add cooking wine and fry until fragrant
