Chicken Noodles with Coconut Milk and Sesame Sauce

Wash the chicken and wipe dry with kitchen paper and cut into small pieces. Put oil in the pan, add diced green onion and chicken and stir fry for three minutes. Add coconut milk, a little vegetable broth (white water can also be used), salt, black pepper, and sesame paste and stir well.
