Chicken Slices in Tomato Sauce

Cut the chicken breast diagonally into 3 cm thick slices.

Stir the chicken breast with appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, thirteen spices, eggs, and starch, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut green peppers and carrots into diamond-shaped slices.

Slice green onion and shred ginger.
