Chicken Stewed Vermicelli

Chop the chicken into large pieces, put it in an electric pressure cooker, pour water and level with the chicken, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and start the chicken button.

Soak the vermicelli in water, either cold or hot water.

After the chicken is pressed, put the soup and meat into the pot, add soy sauce, salt, dark soy sauce, star anise, put the vermicelli, cover and simmer over medium heat.

When the vermicelli is simmered, pat some garlic and sprinkle on it. Turn off the heat because the vermicelli sucks the soup, and if the vermicelli is missing for a while, the vermicelli will be lumpy.

There is no exact time for the specific stewing. According to the properties of the noodles, some noodles will be rotten when boiling, and some have to be simmered for half an hour before they are cooked. So simmer for about ten minutes and taste the vermicelli.
