Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

Remove blood foam from a pot of cold water.

Stir the scallions.

Pour in the fried chicken and ginger.

Add light soy sauce.
5.
Add water, mushrooms and seasonings.

Simmer for about an hour, and add chicken essence at the end. If you like to put the vermicelli, you can put some before the last ten minutes.
