Chicken Wing Rice

Prepare the ingredients.

Use scissors to cut the joints, turn the chicken skin over and drop it down with your hands, break the bones with your hands, and remove the root bones and middle bones of the wing.

Take care of all chicken wings.

Add barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, black pepper and salt to the chicken wings, gently marinate in cold storage for 1-2 hours.

Tips:
1. When buying chicken wings, make sure that they don't break the skin.
2. Don't overfill the fried rice in the chicken wings, because the chicken wings will shrink when they are grilled
3. The baking time is adjusted according to the temperature of your own oven.
