Chicken Wings with Brewed Cola

Prepare the ingredients. Chicken wings, cola, fermented rice, spring onions, ginger.

Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the chicken wings.

Remove the chicken wings and wash them for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add chicken wings and stir fry evenly.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly.

The chicken wings can be colored, if the color is too light, you can add some soy sauce.

Add chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry evenly.

Pour in 300ml of cola and bring to a boil.

Put half a bowl of fermented rice.

Add another spoonful of salt, stir well, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Collect the juice and it's ready to be out of the pot.

A plate of honey cola chicken wings is on the table! The best thing here is the fermented rice in the soup. I have eaten everything clean without leaving a grain of rice!
Tips:
Coke is brown and has a certain color, so you don't need to put too much soy sauce to avoid too dark color.
The time for roasting chicken wings can be controlled within 30-40 minutes.
