Chickpea Pilaf

Remove the chickpeas from the can and drain the water.

Slice the onion, shred the ginger, and prepare the spices.

Wash the rice thoroughly, add appropriate amount of water, and set aside.

Thinly slice shallots.

Come on, fry the shallots on medium heat.

After frying until golden, remove and drain the oil.

Saute the onions with the shallot oil in the pan.

Add spices and ginger.

Tips:
1 Chickpeas can also be dried, but they need to be soaked overnight.
2 The crushed black pepper can also be replaced with black peppercorns.
