Claypot Rice with Cheese and Pork Slices

Cut the pork loin into thin slices, add three teaspoons of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of pepper powder, two hours of starch, stir and marinate for five minutes. And, start to cook rice.

Peel and slice cucumbers and wash the frozen corn kernels.

Chopped kimchi diced into small pieces, preserve the juice.

Chop the cheese slices into small pieces.

Spread the cooked rice neatly with marinated pork slices, cucumber slices, corn kernels, and kimchi kernels.

Beat an egg in the center, do not break it, sprinkle the cheese diced evenly, and then add half a cup of water to prevent the rice from being too dry.

Put it back in the rice cooker and continue to cook for about 8 minutes. Turn off the power when the eggs are half-boiled. If you like boiled eggs, cook them a little, and then stir them and start eating.
