Coke Chicken Wings

Prepare a green onion, 1 ginger, and shred 3 star anises and 2 bay leaves

Boil water in a pot, add half of the green onion and ginger, and a spoonful of cooking wine to boil

Bring the chicken wings to a boil, blanch for 2 minutes, remove and set aside

Tips:
Why not put sugar? Because the cola itself contains sugar, which is caramel, and caffeine water, lemon vanilla, etc., which will play a beautiful color when the juice is collected. Why not add water? Because there is water in the coke, if we add more water, it will affect the collection of the juice. The fragrance of the imperfect coke will lose the coke, which is equivalent to the boiled sugar-colored spice water.
