Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings
2.
Because most of the fat in chicken wings is in this piece of fat, and children don't like to eat this part, I cut off both sides when making this dish.
3.
Boil the chicken wings in hot water to remove the blood, remove them and wash them on the back to make them more delicious.
4.
Add cooking wine, ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, add less salt than usual, and marinate for about 20 minutes
5.
Put a little oil in the pot, because there is oil on the chicken wing skin, so don’t use too much oil
6.
Pan-fried yellow on both sides, add proper amount of water to boil, and add the rest of the broth when marinating, so that the chicken is more flavorful, not too light
7.
After the water is boiled dry, add cola and continue cooking. The amount of cola is generally less than chicken wings, too little without cola flavor, too much and too sweet
8.
My family likes to eat caramel flavor, so boil it dry and fry it slightly to make the caramel a little squishy. If you don't like it, you can omit this step.
9.
Save a little bit of soup, it tastes better when you eat it with the soup, add a little water to boil the caramel-flavored soup and serve!
Tips:
It's very simple. If you like sweets, put more Coke! If you like lighter colors, don't let go of soy sauces!
