Cold Bean Curd

1. Wash the tofu skin and shred.

2. Peel the apples, remove the pit and shredded, rub the ginger and mince the garlic.

3. Tofu shreds are blanched in a pot of boiling water. Remove and drain with cold boiling water.

4. Add shredded apple, ginger, sugar, and salt, stir evenly and marinate for about ten minutes. Add chili powder, pepper powder, and minced garlic on top.
