In the hot summer weather, many people have poor appetite. Then, cooking in summer is also more painful, hot, heavy fumes~~ so summer is more suitable for eating cold dishes. In the cold dishes, my family prefers bean sprouts, which taste very refreshing and suitable for all ages.

Cold Bean Sprouts

1. Remove the old roots of the bean sprouts, wash and set aside.

2. Prepare seasonings: Meiren pepper, Erjingtiao, ginger, garlic, pepper powder, pepper, salt, five-spice powder, chicken essence, light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, cooked chili pepper, etc.

3. Shred old ginger, 6g garlic slices, two vitex stalks, and 1 beauty pepper diced.

4. 1 beauty pepper and 7g garlic mince.

5. Take a clean bowl and put all the seasonings (except garlic slices, beauty pepper diced, Erjingtiao diced) into it.

6. Add a little cool boiled boil and stir evenly.

7. Add an appropriate amount of water to a boiling pot and bring to a boil.

8. Add the bean sprouts to blanch water.

9. After the bean sprouts are cooked, remove them, mix them with the seasoning, and sprinkle with garlic slices, diced beauty pepper, diced dichotoma and chopped green onion.
